Can you address dual betrayal. Can you address a long term relation where the husband used substances to cope in a unhealthy codependent marriage and the wife used exercise and infidelity. It’s best if you don’t always assume that there was only one betrayal.

I thoroughly enjoy your videos. I learned a lot. What came to mind is the relationship with your children after you have left their father. In my case I was the vocal one and he was the silent one. Having a voice and speaking up was seen as a negative and being silent and “suffering” was seen as a positive. Needless to say I was ostracized. Is there a video in the future about that?

I have watched many of your videos. I have found them very helpful. I do feel that I have lost myself. Could you please make a video on how to reclaim yourself again after gaslighting? Thank you.
