Iq goes to Cid, he’s so underrated because he all time pretending to be stupid. Now i justify the above: 1)He create his own organisation, and collected some geniuses in it. 2) almost everything that alpha, gamma, etc. know he taught them. 3) he know a lot of literature term’s, like culmination, plot tie etc.4)he plan all his actions and alpha just follow his commands. 5) Also he in just 15 years learned almost everything about magic.
